I ordered Beef Salpicao (takeaway) for my kid’s lunch, expecting it to be ready within the promised 17 minutes. The order was taken at 10:28, and I thought I had enough time, as my kid’s lunch break starts at 11:20. However, I only received my order at 11:15 — a frustrating 47-minute wait!
While waiting, I noticed the restaurant was not even half full. I couldn’t help but wonder how many people were working in the kitchen. To make things worse, I overheard the cashier repeatedly telling other guests their orders would be ready in 17 minutes.
Does the management even read customer reviews? If they did, this recurring issue with delays should have been resolved by now. It’s frustrating how, in general, customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a priority here. Time is valuable, and restaurants should not provide unrealistic assurances.
