Jollibee Cabanatuan — Restaurant in Nueva Ecija

The customer service is poor. Often times, the employees keep the customer waiting in line for quite some time and they're just doing nothing or they do their jobs slowly. Also, I find it quite inappropriate to command your customers to put all their plates and litters to the tray station area after eating. It would be better to just ask them to fix their plates, mugs or litters on a tray and place it on the side of their table without a need to carry those things and place them on the designated tray station area because I think that is the job of the staff, anyways, the staff needs to wipe the tables for the...

Went here for a drive thru for a bucket load of fried chicken, spag, etc. Asked the cashier NOT to include any breast and thigh part coz no one in the fam-bam would eat it. Picked the orders and the lady cashier gave us the assurance that they did not put any breast/thigh part. When we got home to eat, ALL parts were breasts and thigh. Lol. You see this is why people have trust issues.

Very disappointed with service and attentiveness of staff at drive through, coffee served, no extra creamer as requested, no stirrer, had to go back to get a starter but got a spoon, as no choice I too it started out journey n then found a strand of hair in my food.
