Coffee Project — Restaurant in Oton

We ordered the following: Ham and cheese omelette greasy, sweet (I think they used sweet ham). I still like the simpler, regular ham version Club sandwich Egg, ham, cheese, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes. Our group liked this one. Taste is on point. Garlic longganisa with rice. My brother said he’s ok with the taste, me: “Nah! Big Pass…” Cafe Mocha with Almond asked the barista to make it less sweet. It tasted good. I like the Almond instead of regular milk option, another option of Oatmilk would have been better, but they don’t have it. Green apple cucumber drink & Matcha green tea too sweet for our taste 😒

Decor/Atmosphere: 5 star (very nice, upbeat, & modern decor. Place is bright and since it has strong A/C, it was very comfortable) I also love it that there wasn’t much crowd/people)

Cleanliness: Dining area: 5 stars (clean and smelled good, very “instagram-able” interior)

Restroom: 1 star (Didn’t smell clean, there’s no toilet paper. At 9 AM, and barely less than 10 customers, I expected this area to be more clean, and well stocked. At least, there’s running water and soap, so I’m thankful)

Coffee: 4 stars (My Cafe Mocha tasted ok - since I asked the Barista to make it less sweet, but I had better)

Other drinks: 3 stars ( our Green apple cucumber drink & Matcha green tea were too sweet for us)

Service: 5...

Used to be my favorite place to hang out, have coffee, and surf. That was before the plandemic. I have now returned to have a meal with my family. The food was ok, not real hot. What was really hot, though, was the coffee that spilled on me as I was walking away from their counter. I hope it doesn't turn into a blister. I didnt get so much as a "sorry" from any staff. One did finally offer to help me carry my order that IG had in two hands. If they had offered help to carry my large order to my table in the first place, it would not have happened. I won't be back to this heartless establishment. No one seemed to care that I spilled hot coffee and burned myself. Oh, everyone in the restaurant heard my shriek. Love the interior, drinks and cheesecake. There was varying opinion on the latter as some prefer the cappuccino cheesecake over the purple yam cheesecake. It was open, thank God, when we went here and definitely does not disappoint. Though, there were several people the day we came by despite the weather. Love their Matcha Green Tea Latte over Ice, the 2 cheesecakes mentioned and the Sausage Arrabiata (though would suggest adding a bit more hot spice 😁). Overall, a nice place to get together with friends and family or enjoy a little corner to yourself but definitely come in early if you want a specific spot as the place fills up quickly and patrons tend to...
