Jollibee - Padre Garcia — Restaurant in Padre Garcia

Too bad experience last Nov. 3 dinner time. Rice was not available and informed us it will be ready after 30 minutes. Rice meals wasn't available to think they've must ready for these busy hours. Still we order on the mind that Jollibee is a trusted fast food and it won't reach that late, expecting about 20 minutes that's fine and also a newly opened branch of Jollibee so we really wanted to try. We have kids with us and a Senior man. After ordering, i observed that each table are waiting for their order and totally no food neither drink on their table at least. Managers and staffs are trying to be hidden in the kitchen, only 2 order takers are left infront. I saw one family group has cancelled their order who order earlier and another millennial group almost finished their bucket of chicken Nothing serve after 40 minutes till we ask to serve at least chicken, spaghetti and iced tea first. Very disappointed and not to repeat to come on...

Today was every special day. It's the day for every student to step up from there pervious Grades. So it's understandable that all of the restaurants might be filled with people. I and my family went to this restaurant to celebrate the achievements of my siblings (all of them). we made our order, and we waited just like what the counter told us. However, once we were waiting, there were a few costumers that entered. As I observed the sight, I noticed that they mostly serve the newly consumers. Don't you think it's a bit unfair? Rated a one in food because we actually drove away without what we wanted. This is the third time this branch disappointed me for the same reasons. They ran out of the item and we will have to wait 10 minutes for them.
