Update review Sept 2024: They've been cancelling food panda orders if they knew the acct complained their poor food handling, maybe afraid to get poor review in food panda. This branvh will never grow if they proceed with this attitude. Good tbing we now have other fastfood in town.

We love jollibee but no other choice for the locals. This branch is clean but Cant catch up to compete customer service and food quality with majority of branches. Delivery is not a fixed option most of the time these days is not available. Parking sucks and feels unsafe, the SG do not effectively assist. Hoping for another jollibee or KFC with drive thru franchise...

The only big-name fast food chain in Pagbilao Bayan so far. To be honest, Jollibee Pagbilao branch has disappointed. Service was very slow as I had to wait 30 minutes just for one peach mango pie! On a couple occasions that I’ve ordered their menu was very limited as many items were unavailable. Their Chickenjoy was rather small and very dry – clearly not the ‘juicy-licious’ chicken that we all know and love. Palabok and spaghetti was lacking in sauce.
