I ordered a large coffee with other items. They delivered the small size. I called Jollibee to inform. They said that they'll call once the correct item is for delivery. I waited for 45 minutes, no call. Made another call. Now waiting on the line for 10 minutes now, listening to conversations about Andok's, construction materials and others but no mention of my coffee. This isn't the first time either with Jollibee Palo. I had another experience with another branch, but they were quick to fix the mistake. Convenient and yummy. I love Jollibee Palo! It is my go-to place for delicious and affordable food. The staff are friendly and attentive, the service is fast and efficient, and the restaurant is clean and spacious. The Chickenjoy is always crispy and juicy, the Jolly Spaghetti is sweet and cheesy, and the Burger Steak is tender and savory. Update! BEWARE THEY MAY TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CARD! The cashier did not know how to charge the card but was holding her phone over my card for a suspiciously long time. She kept checking the back of the card. Make sure you remove the cvv. Only after flipping the card over still with her phone directly pointed at my card did she call for help to operate the card machine. She also forgot the apply the discount for senior/pwd ID. She was totally distracted on my card. The cashiers name on the receipt is Margie. I will not post the last name for now.
