La Nebbia offers a unique and cozy dining experience, with an atmosphere that perfectly matches its name—“nebbia,” meaning fog. The restaurant exudes a charming, misty vibe that adds a touch of mystery to your meal. One of the best aspects of La Nebbia is its versatility. Whether you’re on a tight budget or looking to splurge, there are meal options that cater to different price ranges, so everyone can find something they’ll enjoy without breaking the bank. The food itself is satisfying, with a selection that changes based on your budget, ensuring a range of tasty choices. And for coffee lovers, the native coffee is a standout—rich, smooth, and offering a true taste of the region. A quirky feature of La Nebbia is how the orders are called out. Rather than waitstaff calling out names, they use your assigned number, so be sure to remember yours! It adds a lighthearted, slightly chaotic element to the experience, but it only adds to the charm. All in all, La Nebbia is a great choice for anyone looking for a laid-back meal in a foggy, atmospheric setting, with tasty food, excellent coffee, and a fun, memorable twist.

If you want to see the nice view on top, I recommend this place without paying any entrance fee, which I find ridiculous. I don't know if it is normal to ask for an entrance fee to see the facility and have a drink there, like what people next door do. Anyhow, they serve food and hot or cold drinks. They have enough space to sit inside, but I prefer the one outside, which has a wider viewing angle. They have enough parking space. A WiFi connection is available, and electric outlet to charge. Although the name has Inn written on it, they don't have rooms. I asked, and they said they're still planning on it. If you ever pass the area, don't hesitate to drop by. PS. I didn't tried the other dish, so I can only give 4 stars. Although, the sticky rice I had was delicious.

Been here around 7AM Sunday. There were a lot of bikers having rest some are having breakfast. We decide to take our breakfast -SILog for one order 120 pesos with enough amount of viands 2 fried egg and fried rice! Side with tablea hot chocolate. Staff are very good and courteous. You are not allowed to bring your own food just to experience the perfect early morning sunrise with a lot of fog! Advice to bring jacket since its very cold. Highly recommended if your here in Negros Orriental Dumaguete
