We often pass by Biggang during our runs and noticed it’s always packed with cars at night, so we finally decided to give it a try. The restaurant is spacious, though it felt empty since we arrived early for dinner service. They have a carinderia-style station where you can choose pre-cooked dishes or order from the table, with some items cooked to order, like crispy pata and sisig—which we’ll try next time!
We opted for their ready-made dishes, including dinakdakan, liempo, chicken inasal, and squid. The chicken inasal had great flavor, the squid was perfectly tender, and the liempo was tasty.
