Jollibee — Restaurant in Pangasinan

Sad thing I forgot to take pictures of the church in front of Jollibee.

We order 4 mix and matches. We didn't wait that long. Our total is Php300. We enjoyed the meal: Spaghetti, hotdog, burger, fries and coke floats.

Please make your restrooms dry and tidy. The toilet needs more lighting.

Nevertheless, I'm impressed by the flow of the crew inside the kitchen and by the counter. It made the quick despite of long lines of waiting customers.

Their parking space is on the south side of the building. There are loitering kids who'll offer you sampaguita flowers. They may annoy you so better tell them that you're not interested. There's 1 kid/youth who'll back your car. I don't know how much he charges because I went here with...

service crew needs more training... they don't even know their product line😤 I ordered specifically for "pancake sandwich" (being Pancake Day) today and I was given the Bacon/Cheese/Egg with a "bun". And even insisted that it was their Pancake Sandwich and when I asked for the Manager, she informed me that they discontinued the product beginning March 01, 2019. Haven't they informed their crew about discontinuation...

I'm very disappointed talaga kagabi lalo na sa crew nyo (I think trainee since naka white polo) nag drive thru kami around 9:30 ang sabi samin 20 mins waiting so umokay kami , while nag wawait kami sa waiting area hinatid na yung coke float so inexpect ko susunod na yung food pero after 30mins wala parin halos nag uwian na lahat pati yung sa likod namin na nauna kami so pumasok na ako para mag follow up, nagmamap na at naglilinis na mga crew nung sabi ko pafollow up ng order kanina sa drive thru nagkatinginan silang lahat so clearly wala silang idea then tinawag nila yung naghatid ng float nagulat at nabalisa yung trainee I think madaling madali syang dumampot ng plastic so clearly nakalimutan na nila order ko tapos ihahatid nalng daw tinanong ko yung naghatid "pano na to tunaw na lahat ng yelo sa float ano pang lasa neto, kung dipa ifollow up dinyo aasikasuhin yung order" I was asking calmly tapos tataasan ako ng boses ng crew(trainee) nyo sobrang napahiya ako! Kaya umalis nalang kami sabi ng mister ko tapos dun na kami sa plaza kakain since gutom na talaga kami tapos yung food wala manlang utensils kahit tissue!
