A simple mistake will always resonate and affect someone’s experience. This branch is unlikely the WORST shop Ive ever been. I was asking for a copy of a tape receipt or just to take a photo of it, yet they refused to provide one and offer instead a manual receipt. The person I was talking to from its management who over-talked while on the phone insisting that they don’t provide a copy of tape receipt nor even take a photo of it. But on the previous reviews on google. Seems like the person who even left a photo and feedback had a picture taken from their visit on this same branch where I had dine put with my friend. Napaka walang modo ng nakausap ko sa phone. The place is not really a friendly place to visit. Now tell me, Why do you refused to give nor have a photo taken of the tape receipt?
Thank you and god bless.

Read moreI visited KettleHaus and tried their coffee, though they also offer a wide range of pastries, plus options like pasta and sandwiches. The place itself is cozy and air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi available. I especially appreciated the seating variety, different tables and chairs, some with cushions, which adds to the charm. They also have an outdoor area at the back for extra space.
The bathroom deserves a special mention, it’s clean, complete, and smells good, which really adds to the overall comfort. Parking isn’t huge but enough for around 10 cars and some motorcycles. Prices are fairly standard, mostly ₱150 and above. The music was well-chosen, not too loud, just enough to give privacy while talking. Overall, a pleasant spot with good coffee, nice ambiance, and...

As a coffee lover and former barista who loves coffee shop hopping, we were really disappointed with our experience at Kettlehaus Coffee.
We ordered the Oat Series French Vanilla Oat Latte and Java Blended Coffee. Unang tikim pa lang, parang wala kaming malasahan — yung oat latte malabnaw at matabang, halos walang oat flavor. Out of curiosity, tinikman din namin agad yung java blended coffee and sadly, ganun din — parang yelo na may konting flavor lang.
We politely approached the barista to mention na ang tabang ng frappe, pero imbes na makinig, ang sagot lang ay “espresso-based po kasi yan.” We tried to clarify again, pero same answer lang: “ganyan po talaga yan.” Nag-request kami kung may sugar syrup, pero wala daw silang syrup — only stevia. Kahit dalawang stevia nilagay namin, wala pa ring lasa.
For the oat latte, nagtanong kami kung pwede bang extra shot ng oat milk para naman sulit yung more than ₱200 drink, pero may ₱90 charge daw. Then when my partner asked how many shots of oat milk were used, the barista said “2 shots lang.” As a former barista, medyo nakakagulat — kasi usually latte is mostly milk-based with espresso and ice, pero 2 shots of oat milk lang for that price? Kaya pala sobrang labnaw.
In short, we really tried to enjoy the drinks pero di talaga kaya, and we ended up leaving the drinks half-finished. Sayang yung bayad.
On the positive side, the place is beautiful and cozy — very IG-worthy, and the food (especially the pesto pasta) was amazing. The cashier was friendly and accommodating din.
Pero overall, we’re really disappointed with the drinks and the barista who seemed unsure of what he was doing. For coffee lovers like us, quality ng coffee talaga ang pinaka-importante. Sadly, we probably won’t be coming back or recommending the place anymore — unless ma-improve nila yung coffee quality at...
