Worst Experience ever.. I kept following up on my soup.. but never recieved it.. I sat down and a group of construction workers also sat behind me. Take note I'm a PWD.. The construction people behind me recieved their soup bowls and soup but I was never given mine.. I asked for a follow up again and yet again they said " Mag refill lang kami ng soup ".. So I waited.. guess what? He kept passing by me and never gave.. when he was going back to his station he looked down and never bothered to look at my table ignoring the fact that I've been going back and fourth for my soup.. I didn't finish my rice.. packed up the chicken for my DOGS TO EAT INSTEAD.

Worst service ever.. I'll never return to this branch. I have also told other MC riders to avoid this branch since this branch doesn't acknowledge customers..

This experience of mine here is terrible... The manager on duty instead of explaining or saying sorry for the delayed service, turned her back. I would have understood if there were too many clients but it's 3pm and there weren't many client's that time then.. service crew Adrian Aligan showed better service when he explained (that cashier aren't aware that additional 5 mins was needed for the chicken) and offered his apology than the manager or supervisor who just turned her back when i showed the receipt and getting my compliant that cashier promised 20mins food service. Around 2:00-2:30PM today we went to Mang Inasal Multinational for late lunch and unfortunately, while eating my bf saw a tiny glass mixed on his rice. We informed the crew and they just took the glass without even offering to replace his meal. It could’ve been worst if he ate that glass and they didn’t even bother to replace his meal. That’s the least they can do. They didn’t even apologize for it. Poor service and food sanitation. Choose another branch or fast food chain instead. Will definitely...
