McDonald's QA San Dionisio — Restaurant in Parañaque

Food: Undercooked rice!! For fries, you can tell the fries are mixed with old fries. AND GUYS, THEY DON'T SERVE SERVICE WATER??? A McDonald's that doesn't serve service water???

Service: SLOW! They literally took 15 minutes to bring out an order of egg mcmuffin. It's a FAST FOOD! The only thing i liked was their guard cause he was observant.

Atmosphere: It's the hottest branch I've ever visited, im not even exaggerating. I'm wearing comfortable clothes btw like i dressed for a hot atmosphere and this place seemed to have only one functioning aircon for the whole store. Someone had to use their own pamaypay (fan). I feel bad for its employees tbh. The cr is soooo dirty and has no tissue

honestly the food was good enough for a fast food resto. what I dont like though is the service. I hate giving bad reviews but the overall experience is just too much and I guess they need to see this na so that they can take an action.

The store stinks soooo bad. Sobrang panghe as in nakakaduwal na. We requested sa mga crews na iclosed na lang ang CR but still grabe pa din yung amoy. Ang dumi-dumi din kasi talaga ng CR. As for our order, the chicken's sizes are smaller compared to other branches to think na this is supposed to be much bigger and crispier. I ordered large fries and large drink and boooy i got more disappointed than I already am. Napakakonti ng fries. Yung large coke halos kalahati lang ang laman. I talked to the crews and ask them bat ganun and they said ganun daw talaga ang portion, which is clearly a lie. I ordered almost every week. Not in their branch as my first time there wasn't really pleasant too but ALL other branches do not give small portions for a large meal! Di ko na lang pinalaki at inintindi na lang kahit na super nauurat na ko talaga at ang condescending ng tono nung cashier. I ask for a cup of water na lang to calm myself and they made me wait for 15 mins just for the freakin water! Tapos nung kinulit ko na, ihahatid na lang dahil busy kahit na konti lang naman ang nakain non. Natapos na kami lahat kumain wala pa din yung tubig.
