Jollibee — Restaurant in Pasig

I dined here a week ago and ordered for the 2pc Spicy Chicken Joy. It was readily available and I got the chance to eat right away without waiting.

However, when I started eating, first bite the chicken was cold. I wonder how long has it been seating in the store's food warmer? So I approached the counter and specifically asked to just refry my chicken since I wanted it hot. Though I did not ask to replace my entire plate, less than 5mins later, a fresh plate came. It was fine, however the chicken is yet again stone cold. I did not bother ask to reheat my chicken for the second time since my initial message apparently did not come across. I just ate it and left since I was already starving.

I was just very disappointed on how a very simple request was handled quite poorly. I believe you follow high standard for food quality and hopefully, customer service. The store was not busy, perhaps less than 10 pax dining at the time. Some crew were busy cleaning the store. But I bet there must have been enough people in the kitchen? I will never know.

It says I had review in this same branch before. Now sharing again my visit experience here.

Atmosphere - We were able to get a good spot near the glass window and near the counter but upon sitting we immediately felt uncomfortable space. I know that spot used to be a cold area but during the visit it was not good. We opted to transfer at the second floor and ac is working. First floor is also bit crowded when it is busy hour.

Facility- Then I ordered in the machine, no receipt printing need to take photo of the number to present in the counter.

Speed- Taking order took in a while as the cashier run out of coins for change. She needed to ask permission to the manager to get change.

Price- inflation it is.. no matter what I order combination for 3 pax it always ended up like 500 to 600 pesos.

Food- distinct taste of the brand. Inflation again the portioning is now small. I just learned that the brand is no longer serving lumpia. Kinda sad for that.

Toy- we got the stack champ. Color...

Its my thing to write a review whenever we feel that we are satisfied with the service or with food, or on the contrary of it.

Giving 1 star since the services sucks. Like literally their crew's are not the usual crew that are fast and lively. (you may say that maybe they are tired already but i think its their job?) and they dont have smile on their faces, and in front of customer they are dwelling with their internal-coworkers-problems. so thats one. It takes 40 mins or so when i took my order cause theres a lot of inconveniences on my line and no supervisors / managers that will void the order in the machine. Thats two. Food aren't so good. The chicken is dry and ain't big. No gravy served. Didnt remind us to get the spoon and pork at the side. Need to go back to the counter-side to get those. Hays so much hassle. Still we really love jollibe. What i love the most on this is the interior design. Nothing more nothing less. Mabuti nalang mahal ko yung kasama ko kumain nakakatanggal ng inis...
