McDonald's Karangalan — Restaurant in Pasig

DISAPPOINTING! I was just asking the cashier politely if mix and match is available since it wasn’t posted on their menu and I don’t know if wala lang sa mood si Heidelyn (the cashier). She mentioned the menu ng mabilis and I don’t even work there so I wasn’t able to memorize what she said in a snap. I told her nicely na I want fries. I was even saying “po” to her. Then she suddenly said “wala naman akong binaggit na may fries. yung mga sinabi ko lang yun lang yun” (verbatim). And buong conversation namin, she looks pissed. Please have some respect Heidelyn. At the end of the day, I’m still a customer and I asked you in a polite way. Wala akong masamang sinabi. Good thing I don’t have time to ask for your manager to complain kasi nagmamadali kami. Regular McDonald's customer complain about Unhygienic Food Preparation by one of your employee whose wearing light blue/cyan colored polo shirt.

Don't want to go on details here but I've seen it with my own eye on what happened and shared it with a polite cashier and with on-duty security personnel.

I believe that McDonald's highly values hygienic food preparation and this instance is a let down. I hope that this is an isolated case on this matter.

I write this letter not for you to punish or suspend the guy involved, but it might be the right time to remind your crew members to adhere to excellent standard on food preparation set by McDonald's.

Worst Mcdonald’s branch I’ve been to. Chicken wings ibibigay sayo, even if you requested ng thigh and breast part. If you order drinks, they’ll serve mostly ice. 20% drink, 80% ice. Such a Scam, Soggy French Fries, overcooked spaghetti.. Unsanitary place. Some tables are stinky. Amoy lumlom, madumi mismo yung basahan na ginamit to clean. Wasted our time considering this place as party venue for my kid’s birthday. This place is a shame to Mcdonald’s franchise.
