POOR MANAGEMENT MAY FLIES SA LOOB FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE Made a reservation for almost 20pax, 3 days earlier for 6pm dinner on a Saturday with my family. We arrived a little past 6. We ordered 2 buckets of mixed seafood and it was served right away. 10mins passed and we were told rice is still cooking, another 10mins and we're told the gas emptied, another 10mins and we were told rice cooker was not working, another 10mins (we are really getting impatient bc the seafood served is getting cold) and the manager said they just need another 10mins.

Almost an hour waiting the Manager came to us, apologized and proposed they will buy rice outside but we have to pay in advance for the rice that they will buy or we just wait another 10-15mins. Is this how you train your staffs to handle situation like this?

Anyway, we decided to wait and lo and behold the rice was served. Medyo hilaw pa. We were really disappointed. Imagine nagpareserve ka na, nagserve ng seafood, tapos wala palang rice??? It was dinner time, expecting customers with reservation and walk-ins, and they didnt bother to check if may rice na ready? We had to wait for over an hour sa kanin??

This is our 1st time eating here and we'll not recommend this restaurant to...

The food is good, it’s tasty. However, there are too many flies inside the restaurant. It has made me annoyed while eating. I wasn’t able to enjoy the food because of the flies!!! It also made me scared imagining the environment in the kitchen. I hope that this will be resolved. Oh, and one more thing, the staffs were not attentive. They served the food and all except for our drinks!!!! Seriously? That’s the first order being served in...
