Cafe Yani — Restaurant in Quezon City

I dont usually do reviews. But this was a very awful experience and wouldn’t want anyone to experience what we experience in dealing with the people behind this cafe.

What happened was, we ordered flowers with over 2 weeks lead time. On the day of pickup they are giving us a different flowers from what was ordered. And told us that they no longer have stocks available that day as that’s also the last they’ve got. And mind you aside from it being ordered ahead it was even fully paid. Attending to our concern was a guy named Stern, not sure what his designation in the cafe. But he’s very rude and even have the audacity to raise his voice when he doesn't have any answer for the concern we have. It was a long back and forth with nothing being resolved. It was a really a bad customer service experience overall and there should be someone accountable when they accept advance orders.

They eventually gave us the number of the part owner named Joshua. And when we spoked to him he was even far more unprofessional and impolite. It just shows why their staff are like that when addressing customer concern. As one of the owner was rude too in dealing with customer’s concern even if its their mishap in the first place.

I lost my way when I first visited their cafe because I couldn’t find it even though I had set up my drop off correctly. I wandered around the highway in search of its place and almost lost my cool.

I eventually found the cafe after asking the group of students from Fatima who were also their clients. They brought me to the purple building and instructed me to walk directly to the second floor.

As I reached the cafe’s entrance, I was greeted with a huge smile. The cafe is quite small that caters at least 8-10pax but the ambiance is nice. I love the idea of bringing the flower shop concept and cafe...

We did advance order for a cake. In the order form you need to indicate the time of pickup. So we schedule to pickup the cake at 4PM.

We arrived at 4:30PM but the cake is not ready. The person in charge said its our fault because we did not inform them that we are on the way. We had to wait 1hr for the cake.

Such a poor customer service.

The staff was not apologetic and didn't even said sorry to us. We talked to the owner and he/she just said that the staff are new and some are interns. He/she said this won't happen again. I hope they can improve their...
