This review is for the first week of its opening. Future reviews will have a different entry.
Food: Burger patties are dry, chicken cuts are big, rice is still "normal" size for Mcdonalds extra rice, drinks are over-iced.
Service: For dine-in and take-outs during lunch and dinner services, 50 minutes wait time after paying for your order. They have a queuing system on their TV display, but it gets rejected and would rely on their crew shouting whatever number is on the serving station. Free gravy is a hit-or-miss between too runny or too salty. Best option to dine here while the hype is high is at merienda or breakfast.
For take-out customers, check your order before leaving the establishment. There have been cases that there are missing/incomplete orders while I was in queue for the dine-in.
Atmosphere: While being a new building from a former private school, the atmosphere is great. Lots of parking for both motorcycles as well as cars, pedestrian walkways, and a drive-thru. Although the building is only a floor, there is a function room in the back for parties, meetings, etc

They also seem to forget that the Happy Meal toys are not in the kitchen, so they will say the order is complete even though there's no toy.
If you plan to deliver food via Grab/FoodPanda, expect missing or wrong items/drinks given to the courier.
Still rating it as 2-star, there's a lot to improve mainly order accuracy and employees seemingly panicking when there's a lot of people on...
Read moreI was discouraged to do a dine-in meal because of the influx of customers during lunch time.
I resorted to do a drive thru order but it still took around 20 minutes for the whole process.
Service still needs a lot of improvement. It looks like the employees were just fresh from their training and I understand the situation.
What saddened me the most if the serving for sundae. All the employees seem to be in a hurry to serve everyone. I was given a half-full cup, I returned it then they gave me a cup which is just 70% filled.
I believe this branch would be better in the near future given that it just...
