I ordered online at 1:10 AM The order was delayed for three hours when I tried to reach the Manager. I was told false information of when it would arrive and when it did arrive, the food was even half eaten from the fries when I had to ask the writer what happened he told me that They were only dispatched at 2:40 AM then I had to go to the branch to know what’s going on to get the food redone and even ask for compensation No one was at the counter even I had to go make noise just to get any type of response right afterwards I got my food redone and all the compensation I got for three hours of wasted time was only an iced tea drink??

This is the second time we've had poor food quality in this branch. The first time was 5 months ago I ordered spaghetti and it was salty, I gave my feedback so that they could improve their food quality. And this day, we tried the chicken, but the colour of the chicken was so dissapointed that you could tell the oil that used is need to change the chicken breading was hard and not food standard.
