Kuya J - SM City Rosario — Restaurant in Rosario

last December 15, 2024, this is the first time (and will be the last). we made a family dinner on Kuya J's SM Rosario Branch but our experience is so disappointing. this is what happened.

-the staff gave us only 1 Menu despite we our consist of 9 people

-our order took about 30 minutes to serve without advising us, since its Sunday which is Family day & Christmas Season as well, you should prepare

-one of our order is missing, we asked the staff about it, he reply "ah may order pala kayong fried chicken?" then it was serve when we done eating, so we just ask him to wrap it up, and when we asked Our bill, Wow! It is Lightning fast..

-the Staff keeps on blaming to each other, they are look disorganized & mismanaged, we don't know if there is a manager that time, coz if there is, he/she should take charge

-vegetables on the menu list is not available, as I've said its Sunday & Christmas season, you should prepare

hope our disappointing experience will not happen again to...

Food were nice but the atmosphere and service was not so good. Imagine we're so tired the whole day sorting some things then my mom & my aunt happily choose to eat in Kuya J's here in SM Rosario but it was just so annoying that the female staff in the counter who first attended us was not so welcoming and approachable. You can sense her that she's not happy serving us. She's wearing mask but you can see it from her eyes and from the tone of her voice. Luckily, the male staff who served our food was so polite. Guys you're representing the restaurant, customers will keep on coming back if your service was great. Try to be nice all the time especially if you're working in this kind of industry. God...

Note: Table has no condiments ? Consideration no shake thus recommend other drinks — Hairnett I saw no one has greetings 👎 had to change plate my own, saw a little bit dirt so please double check each plate.. My mother ask for soy sauce then then the server turns around wthout asking her if anything needs so yeah When she arrived w condiment soysauce she didnt ask if anything needed..
