My wife and I arrived in San carlos city and was looking for a place to dine before heading back to Bacolod, we stumbled upon this amazing reato & cafe. We ordered sopa de ajo con mollo, bagnet kare-kare, penne pesto marinara with some hot/cold drinks and to our surprise it was good for the buck.
