We came for the famous Morcon to partake as part of our New Year Noche Buena and ended up eating at the place. Everybody's Cafe is an iconic place to go to for the traditional Capampangan Cuisine. After seeing the Tapang Kalabaw, Capampangan Kilayin and Beef Caldereta .... my husband and I decided to try, and they are all winners!! The Tapang Kalabaw is melt in your mouth with the slight sweetness, a hint of sourness and chewy texture was something unexpected not the typical Beef Tapa that I am used to. The Kilayin is like kilawin but cooked in vinegar and onions, the Beef Caldereta is the best with its tender juicy meat that has marblization that melts in your mouth, the sauce is ulam na!! It's a bit pricey but worth the taste!! The place is Carenderia style where you choose the viand that you like and they will cook it for you. We wanted to try the itik (Adobo or fried) but there is just me and my husband and serving is quite big portions. They have an air-conditioned dining area and the staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back ....

Everybody’s Cape used to be a go-to spot for a satisfying meal, but my recent visit left me disappointed and dissatisfied. The overall quality has noticeably declined, coupled with inflated prices that make it hard to justify a return visit. We ordered a variety of dishes including piritong hito, buro with mustasa, kalderetang kambing, and lagat hito, expecting a flavorful and authentic culinary experience. However, the dishes fell short of expectations both in terms of taste and portion size. Paying 1750 for the meal felt exorbitant considering the lackluster quality and quantity of the food served. It’s disheartening to see a once-promising establishment lose its charm and become unreasonably expensive without delivering on the dining experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Everybody’s Cape based on my recent visit. The decline in quality and unreasonable prices overshadow any positives the restaurant may have had in the past.

One of the oldest restaurant in Pampanga serving traditional home cooked meals. It is also one of the most expensive restaurants I have eaten. The restaurant is big and has a function area to cater to big occasions. Their regular dining area is canteen style or carinderia style where all the food are displayed in an enclosed glass. Although i think the prices for each food is over priced All the food we have tried are good. Staff are attentive and quick to serve you. You can find exotic dishes here like the frogs and crickets or camaru. You might be surprised that That the camaru costs P900. Per small plate. Other food costs P350. To P650. They don’t have show you menu where you can see the prices so you can better ask first so you wont be surprised. If you have little cash that’s bad for you since they don’t accept credit cards or gcash. They only accept cash payment.

Deep Fried Frog was incredible! Lightly battered, tempura style but hinting KFC spices, the frog's meat was delicate, juicy and tender. At first you'd say the cliché, "it tastes just like chicken!". But it is just much more tastier as if organically grown by Mother Nature herself. Order the Fresh Fern Fronds Salad to compliment those frogs. It's prepped with salted egg, white onions and tomatoes, but without any dressing so that you can tweak it to your liking. My recommendation is a vinaigrette but first try the fronds plain to do them justice before messing with anything that may overwhelm its subtle earthy notes. I would set aside the red egg and use it to add saltiness to the dressing albeit cautiously and sparingly. The Carabao Beef Tapa was more like tocino, red and sticky with sugar as an ingredient. So it might be a disappointment to those who have tasted the original style, unsweetened tapa. Kilayin is similar to Ilocos' Higado or Igado. This Kapangpangan take on Higado is more robust, albeit soupier and made with pork liver, lungs and other meat parts. Its serving size will leave you bursting at the seams! This place has been visited by culinary superstar legends, namely, Andrew Scott Zimmern and Anthony...

If you are looking for good kapampangan food (regional cuisine) this place serves very good pesang dalag, tidtad, lagat na hito, fried hito (catfish) with buro and fresh mustasa leaves. I say good because its very close to my mom's cooking who is kapampangan (from Tarlac) Aside from good food, their service is very good and that is one thing we all want when we travel all the way to San Fernando to try their cuisine. From the parking attendant who has an umbrella ready to protect customers from the heat of the sun or from the rain to the girl who takes the order and to everyone who serves the food, they beat all the five star resraurants i have been to with the way they serve and treat customers. They even give you extra bulalo soup so you can try their bulalo (if you did not order one) in our case we ordered pesa so they gave us sinigang and bulalo so we can try them as well. How is that for customer service? It will keep you coming back for sure!!! I didnt get to try their desserts but i heard they are good as well. Oh well, thats another reason...
