It was not my first time at Hills and Valleys since this was actually my second visit. I was excited to try more from their menu. This time, I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with less ice, a slice of New York Cheesecake, and a Hot Americano. Here’s my honest take: Starting with the Iced Matcha Latte, I forgot to ask for less sweetness but surprisingly it was not too sweet at all. The drink leaned more on the milky side and while it was pleasant I did find myself wishing for a stronger and deeper matcha flavor to really stand out. The New York Cheesecake was a highlight for me. I liked that it was not too sweet which is how I prefer my desserts. Compared to their previous cheesecake base which I found a bit too sweet this one had a more balanced and creamy profile that paired well with the drink. I also had their Hot Americano though I was not able to take a photo. It had more of a fruity flavor which gave it a slight tangy taste but it still had that bold coffee presence. It is a profile that might not be for everyone but it felt thoughtfully brewed. The staff was very hands-on and attentive, especially when I asked for service water. I was the only customer at the time so I appreciated the warm service. I hope they maintain that same level of attentiveness even when the place gets busier. ⭐️ Overall: A cozy spot with a solid drink and dessert lineup. The matcha could use more depth but the cheesecake was a pleasant surprise. If you are into fruity coffees and a calm minimalist ambiance this place is worth checking out. Disclaimer: These are just my honest thoughts based on personal taste. What did not work for me might be something you will love.

Visited this coffee shop in Area H going to Sapang Palay, in front of Trade School and beside Phoenix gasoline station. They are on the 2nd floor of the building. First, they don't have a dedicated parking space, you can park in front of the building, good if you have a motorcycle but if you have a car, look somewhere spacious to park in. For the food and value for money, the prices are reasonably fair for a quality coffee and food. I had an iced spanish latte and a blueberry cheesecake. I like their coffee because you'll get a nice blend of a sweet and a shot of their brewed coffee (whatever you call it). For the place itself, they have a very nice interior that has around 7 tables that can sit 2 to 4 persons each. They also have a space outside that you can also sit in. The staff are nice and courteous. Plus point because they offer service water for free, which I always mention in my reviews which I think is important. Recommended coffee shop if you want to have a quick break and a sip of a nice coffee.

This new café in SJDM is perhaps the best homegrown café that I have visited so far basing on the coffee drinks and blends that they create. The coffee beans are ground per order right there and then plus they use premium ingredients. I wouldn’t mind traveling long distance in the weekends just to taste their coffee. Must try is their Spanish Latte combo with their Blueberry Cheesecake. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely one of the best coffee spots sa SJDM

I love how cozy the place is, perfect pang catch-up with friends or kahit solo work/study time. Has sockets too and free wifi! Plus points rin since very polite ng staff super accommodating too!

Good news is the coffee and pastries are worth the price! Most kasi ng coffee shops puro ambiance lang but they serve reaaaally great food sobrang...
