EDIT 2023: Very Christmas vibe. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We ordered beef stroganoff pasta 🍝😋 best paired with wine! Tuna melt panini is refreshing because of the veggies in it. And tuna is not from can 😆 Potato fries are freshly made. Truffle pasta is not so truffle-ly but creamy. Grilled liempo is thin, not worth the price. EDIT: We came back but for meryenda. We ordered aglio olio and my sister liked it! ✔️ Cafe Isabel's chicken and chips is comforting, kid's choice 👶🏻👦🏻👧🏻 Ordered extra potato chips because why not 😁 We tried a set menu for lunch. Salmon sinigang was 😌 Lots of windows, hence, well lit room. We'll definitely be back for dinner soon to try steak and wine and update this review.

Unsanitary. First thing I noticed, there's a lot of flies!! And they're doing nothing about it as if the flies are part of the amenities. Second, they don't change the table cloth even when there are visible stains and dirt. Not good pricey food with poor customer service. You don't get the service nor the food you pay for. The crews took ages to prepare a salad and 2 servings of a pasta dish. On top of that, they're not even using suitable straws for their drinks. And btw, the food isn't good, at least for what I have ordered which I didn't finish. There's is only 1 guy from their crew that showed good customer service. Friendly, proactive if we wish to have our photos taken, and even toured us around while taking pictures of my companion. The rest of the crew have blank faces and most of them drags their feet on the floor as they walk which makes a really annoying sound. Just terrible experience.

Ended up here last December 28 looking for a good place to eat around Santa Isabel, Tarlac. The cafe is located well within the farm in front of the lagoon. There are several parking spots at the back. Food is good taken from a fusion of Filipino cuisine. The carbonara and pinakbet are highly recommended. Mozzarella sticks have too much bread in them. I hope the management improve their pest control due to the prevalence of flies all around the cafe. Although it is expected due to having a farm at the back, but a pest-free environment would match the luxurious architecture of the cafe.

We came for a pre-valentine double date. Isabela's salad is a good pair for Nachos while waiting for our Rib- steaks. Just a minor comment on how the steak was cooked though. We can't differentiate the rib-steaks served to us if medium-well or medium-rare, thinking our orders were interchanged. Maybe I should have asked for a rare steak instead if I want it softer and juicier.... Overall experience with the food and the ambiance are great! Waiters are very accimodating too. 👏👏👏 Otherwise, we won't stay there for hours.

The place is a little far from the city but it was worth the trip going to Cafe Isabela. Ambience was great, staffs were very accommodating & of course the food is delicious. Unfortunately some of our orders were not available since you have to make a reservation & order in advance so that all your orders will be cooked. Overall it was a great restaurant to go to with family & friends. Price was worth the taste & the serving. Highly recommended.

Good food and affordable. Staff are efficient and friendly. Store ambiance is nice, aircon temperature is just right. I love their pakbet bagnet and fish lumpia, a must try. If you like spicy food ask for calderetang kambing. We loved all the food we ordered. Lechon sinigang, calamari, bibe, chicken BBQ and liempo. The cold caramel macchiatto is too strong for me but my daughter likes it.
