TOO MANY FLIES (Flies flies flies) We came to eat during the month of June 2023, and first thing we noticed that there are too many flies. The server had explained because there are riped mangoes outside which attracted the flies. I was embarrased to my guest & visitors that flies went in to their drinks (fly came in and the drink need to be replaced), flies on our plates, and flies on our food. Eating on the streets have less flies compared to this place. I noticed that some of the review had complains about the flies, and it is not seasonal it is ALL YEAR ROUND. Please buy a fly catcher device (nasa 4k lang po yun).

GOT TUMMY ACHE After we eat, most of us got an upset stomach when we arrived home. There is something in the food that was not right. Management needs to review their food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness.

DINNING AREA IS NOT THAT CLEAN I am not a sanitation inspector, but the place needs to be cleaned more frequently. a. Dusty decorations and dusty corners. b. It looks like glass windows were last cleaned two weeks ago when we visited the place. c. I found a dead fly under my plate after I had my dinner when the crew had dished-out the plates (oh that fly topic, AGAIN). Oh and my wife found a dead dry fly under her plate too. It must have been there ages ago. If you really want to eat here, and you dont believe my review at least ask for a new plate & sets of fork and spoon before you eat. You dont know how many flies had been standing around your plates & utensils 🤮.

🛑 Sanitation Department (from the government) should have checked the establishment thoroughly. Im just wondering what the kitchen looks like & how the food is handled. I hope that this place will have an improvement on sanitation & cleanliness for people who are interested to come.

Unsanitary. First thing I noticed, there's a lot of flies!! And they're doing nothing about it as if the flies are part of the amenities. Second, they don't change the table cloth even when there are visible stains and dirt.

Not good pricey food with poor customer service. You don't get the service nor the food you pay for. The crews took ages to prepare a salad and 2 servings of a pasta dish. On top of that, they're not even using suitable straws for their drinks. And btw, the food isn't good, at least for what I have ordered which I didn't finish.

There's is only 1 guy from their crew that showed good customer service. Friendly, proactive if we wish to have our photos taken, and even toured us around while taking pictures of my companion. The rest of the crew have blank faces and most of them drags their feet on the floor as they walk which makes a really annoying sound. Just...
