Corcolon is a place where you go if you want to enjoy an enormous and heaping bowl of Batangas Lomi with all the bells and whistles! They serve gigantic bowls of Lomi and it's full of fried food goodness. With choices of Chicharon bulaklak, Dynamite Lumpia, different fried pork parts like liempoI and pig skin, fried tofu and crispy pork innards, this makes their Lomi extremely special!! Their serving sizes are no joke. I tried their small sized Lomi and it was still big. Our family sure had a good time. We got the giant sized Lomi. We were 10 but we still couldn't finish the whole thing. Take out left overs are normal here in Corcolon so expect to bring home some of that delicious Lomi back to Manila. Another win here is their top notch customer service. Their servers and waiters are friendly and very accommodating. We had the pleasure of being assisted by a very nice and helpful trans waitress. Bottom line, we loved the experience and we will definitely comeback and will be...
Read moreWe've tried many Lomi houses in Batangas, tried even those promoted by celebrities and vloggers, but Corcolon is still the best. This is a hidden gem that not many people know of. We've been here several times, long before the pandemic and we've seen their improvements from roadside parking to dedicated parking, from hand-written receipts to tablet POS, and some more. Their service though not quick especially during meal hours, is guaranteed to be freshly cooked. Also, it's very and literally affordable. Though hidden in the outskirts, the crowd seem to be uptowns. Oh by the way, you must remember how you get there because there is not a single bar of data connection. With all the praises, why the only the 4 stars? Even at the coolest months of the year, at noon it really will get toasty inside...the roofing is nothing but a corrugated metal sheet with no insulation. They've improved a lot over the years, but still...
