Seasons Hotel and Restaurant — Restaurant in San Jose

First time to dine in lastnight with my cousin,2 of us. We came first before the 3 long tables they served already and still no food came for us.4 waiters, plus one in d bar area and one wearing light brown uniform and yet they still missed to check on us,waited the food over an hour. TERRIBLE service, food is very common nothing especial, some of menus are not even available. they didnt even apologize. All i heard is our food was over looked......bunch, groups, 2 people, or one person. You should serve who came first which is right and fair! BECAUSE WE ARE ALL PAYING CUSTOMER! NOT...
