First time to dine here since it's along the way going to our destination. It was not crowded when we entered the store, it's way after lunch so i was expecting that food will be served really quick since we were starving at that time. But to my disappointment, service was too slow. The service prompter at the counter was not working so you have to listen good to hear your number being called. When it was my turn to get our order, i noticed the fries was already lapsed. I am used to ordering french fries in different fastfood chains and fries in this condition shouldn't be served anymore. Looked like it's been reheated or refried to become crispy again. Or it was simply overcooked from the start, so i asked the counter crew politely to please change it coz i was expecting that a new batch had been fried and it would taste better after changing it. I can clearly tell she was not happy with my request, she obliged but she pouted. It was my right as a paying customer so the hell if she was annoyed! To my dismay, she returned with the same awful-looking fries which she got from the fryer. Maybe it's one whole batch that their trying to dispose. What to do next but to accept the poor fries... 😑 I've ordered a lot so i didn't notice that another food item was lacking, so i had to stand up again to call their attention. It seemed to me that they were still lacking of proper training. How much more can they cope if it was a really busy day and the store was cramped with starving customers, right? Another observation i had, the chicken portion was small and served not in best condition. It was not crispy anymore, looked like it was cooked ahead of time. The only thing i liked was the store has ample parking. Not coming back here...
Read moreI bought a food and I was told that I have to wait 15 mins. 20 mins later, I made a follow up and the attendant said wait a minute more. 5 mins later, it is not yet available. I noticed that they are giving priority on those who ordered more. I asked for the manager and as I talk with him, he seem he doesn't care at all at my concern. I hope jolibee management will correct their crews and manager.
Then on Apr 03, 2025, I bought chicken joy for lunch (takeout). I asked the crew to fill up the container for gravy. When I got my package, the gravy was not full. The manager said that is the standard and if I want, I can buy extra gravy. This is the first time the Jolibee did not allow to fill up the container. Other stores allow this request. No wonder this store has a very low approval rating.
I don't know the logic since if you eat there, there is unlimited gravy, while if you eat outside, you have to pay for the extra gravy and won't allow to fill the gravy container.
There was a time when their gravy is not refillable, but was forced to adjust since other stores like KFC has...

Flies are everywhere from the moment you walk in. They haven't had Coke available since my first visit. The crew is poorly trained and lacks knowledge about their products. When we ordered two dishes and inquired about the 15-minute wait time, the counter staff hesitated with an “uhmm,” as if she was making it up. She could have at least pretended it applied to both dishes. The slowest service ever
This is easily one of the worst Jollibee locations I've ever been to. I sincerely hope they notice this review and take action as soon...
