Not PWD and Senior friendly Messed up reservation process Food would have been great but flies get to taste them first

Made a lunch reservation for nine people a week in advance and it was confirmed. I have also ordered a day in advance so that it will be served on time when we get there. On the morning of the reservation date, I was advised that there would be some 'activity' on the opposite side of our table seating. I asked if it would be noisy and affect our access as we have 2 senior citizens and 1 PWD in the group. They said it won't.

Not PWD and senior citizen friendly. Cars are not allowed to bring in physically challenged customers at the entrance of the restaurant as it is 'blocked'. It is a mere chain that can be removed to accommodate but it was not allowed. For an able body, a few meters of walking is easy but put into consideration for those who are nearing 80 years old.

Messed up reservation process Upon arriving at the restaurant there was an ongoing setup for an event. We were ushered to the far side of the restaurant. When I clarified, apparently there is an event by 1 PM and our table is the only one not included in the event set up. The restaurant expects us to finish by 1 PM. I pointed out that the reservation was made in advance and they could have just declined us if there was already an event scheduled. We were informed that we can be placed on the 'al fresco' part of the restaurant. So they asked 2 senior citizens and 1 PWD to move since they have messed up the reservation.

Food would have been great but FLIES get to taste them first Their offered 'al fresco' location is riddled with FLIES. They get to taste the food first before us. We had to eat as fast as we could while swatting the flies. Also, even with the advance order which they asked what time should they serve (11:45 as relayed), our order was only completed by 12:30. Because there was only ONE server that is assisting all five tables and he had to go several meters back to the kitchen and to the 'al fresco' area. When I asked the server if there was no one else who could assist him, he said there was an ongoing event. Why would the restaurant accept other customers when they cannot accommodate and assist well?

Paid 7,200+. Would have been worth it if not for the incompetence on the reservation and the uninvited swarm of flies in the 'al...

Saw this several times in fb reels and thought it would be great to celebrate Mother's day here.. I have messaged their fb page on their weekend operating hours, maybe its an auto reply and the message clearly said 11am - 10pm on weekends.. I am at fault as well for not asking if we need to reserve.. Drove an hr and a half and arrived in the place around 10:30am, parking is almost full and upon entering the resto, there are people that are already eating.. so I guess the 11am on weekends does not apply on special occasion, then the staff politely asked if we have a reservation.. I said your page did not said you do not accept walk ins.. I have asked if they can accomodate us, were only 3pax.. the lady said they can accomodate us at 3pm as they are fully booked.

I check around the area where we can eat a little and just go back.. we found a nearby resto and just decided to eat there..

Lesson learned for me, if there is a special occasion, might as well reserve a seat.. For the resto, i know you update your fb page from time to time.. it would be better to have it posted in your page that YOU DO NOT ACCEPT WALK INS AND RESERVE A SEAT... post your operating hours on special occasions..

I might try to go back and see for myself if your food is really worth it..

Update your information on your page so your customers...

The restaurant has an upscale and elegant ambiance, making it an excellent choice for hosting private events or special gatherings. However, accessibility can be a bit challenging if you're commuting. It's located quite a distance from the main road, making it impractical—and potentially unsafe—to reach on foot. To get there, you'll need to ride a jeepney or tricycle. Going home can also be inconvenient, especially since public transportation in the area is limited or inconsistent. For a more comfortable and hassle-free experience, it's highly recommended to use a private vehicle or book a ride via Uber or a...

We had a late lunch yesterday, Sunday so I only experienced their food and some of their area. I say sisig was may favorite then the crispy kare kare and their only dessert Peach mango Taquito but I'm must say I'm impressed with the combination I thought it's going to be too sweet but its not, one serving can be shared by 2-3 persons. Crispy kare kare was interesting for me, savory but not greasy, Sisig is my favorite not salty just right and you can really taste the ingredients it's doesn't taste like powder seasoning was added. I wish to comeback to try their Dinugan and adobong pusit.

This was my first time visiting the place. The ambiance was nice, but the food was very disappointing. We ordered baby calamares and baby squid adobo, but they served us regular squid instead. The taste was terrible. I asked the waiter multiple times if it was baby squid, and he kept saying YES. Please check the photo below — we clearly ordered baby squid, not regular squid. The calamares was also very bland. Your chef definitely needs more training or improvement. We didn’t even finish the food — we just paid and left. It felt like a complete waste of money. Not recommended at all.
