I market myself every week and know the prices of food products. I am also exposed to restaurant pricing but this place' pricing is on another level.

They're on the seaside town of Sta. Cruz known for fresh and cheap catches.

Even with their cooking included in the price, this is simply highway robbery (the place is located along the Digos-Davao highway).

Facilities are basic (rotting wooden tables and old monoblock plastic chairs) and the rocky and muddy beach view is not worth for you to pay double or triple the price of your food.

Skip this and buy lechon at PhP500 to PhP600 per kilo, or have a seafoods buffet dinner at Waterfront Hotel Davao at...

We discovered this tabing dagat (seaside) restaurant along Sta. Cruz, Davao and wow, it was such a great find! The food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price.

What I loved most was the concept: you get to choose your own fresh seafood, and then decide how you want it cooked. We went for adobong pusit, grilled fish, sinigang na pompano, and some fresh seaweed lato—and every dish was a hit!

But hands down, the adobong pusit stole the show. It was rich, flavorful, and cooked just right. We couldn’t stop raving about it.

Have not been to this this place until our boss brought us here. There is a beach at the back of the restaurant which is really a calming factor to have as you enjoy your meals. Seafood is available and could be requested cooked grilled, fried or souped. They serve it fresh so consider the time for them to cook. Price points are above the usual but can still be considered reasonable, I think. Service takes 20-30 minutes tops. The place is just along Davao-Cotabato provincial road.
