Brothers Burger Diner - Total SLEX Sta Rosa — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

AMBIENCE It's a cute, little location found separated from the other food establishments. Seats for dine-in were available both inside and out and the lighting really helped making it stand out at night. Grass and walkway added an interesting touch to the vibe as well.

FOOD Brother Burger is my all-time favorite choice in their menu, especially when I can't make up my mind and prefer something simple yet delicious. This one didn't fail at this last visit and the scent of the meaty burger was very inviting! They can't go wrong preparing this burger and they never have so far. But moving away from the simple, I also decided to try the Ranchero with soft bacon, fragrant barbecue sauce, and the same delicious pattie. It was mind-blowing and I still enjoyed it after eating its onion ring on the side! Onion Rings were super good and I really loved every crunchy bite!

SERVICE Considering that we ordered ahead, the other table got their orders before us. My only benefit of the doubt is that their orders were easier to prepare. I hope it had nothing to do with the queue of the order slips, but it was just a minor...

There is one word required for this place: UNDERRATED

I honestly can't see why not much people talk about this franchise, Apparently there isn't that much of them to find :(

The order was for take out and yes PWD is an option, There were many available seats and an outside of the restaurant. You can find many pleasing decorations inside, with the Kitchen being available in view. It also smells similar to coffee.

I ordered a Regular Cheeseburger with a decent price, You can expect in some restaurants. But it's understandable since it comes with more toppings and a side of Fries/Onion Rings.

The order came pretty quickly! Just in time so my brother gets sent to school

It tasted amazing with a balance of the ingredients, The fries were salty and oily looking at the bottom of the bag. I have no regrets in...

Consistent food quality from this franchise, however the item I originally wanted to order was not available, otherwise I would've rated 4 stars on the food. Restaurant atmosphere was average, it's nice that it has a lot of glass windows to let a lot of light in though. Crew keeps the place clean by quickly bussing tables. Service from staff is great, I just find the food to be a bit slow. I might be expecting more since we don't normally spend much time in these...
