Talio's Cafe — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Talio's service crew are among the friendliest and most courteous bunch I've had the luck to come across, which appropriately complements their delightful menu. I'm not partial to sweets but, damn, their desserts are good. I have no issue whatsoever with their cakes and cookies, and I'd even hazard to say they're worth a number of revisits. Coffee is good too.

Beautiful small cafe in sta rosa laguna that is worth travelling for! Their coffee drinks are so good! I love their iced dark cookie latte! Perfect blend of sweetness and rhe strong taste of coffee!

Their sisig is also a must try also! Their staff are kind and accomodating.

Their smoothies are really really good!!! However we weren't really happy with the cookies we ordered. They were served right off the chiller and weren't really warm.
