Not your typical hole-in-the-wall. They do actually serve good food. And the ambient music that they play is not assaultive to the ears (bossa when we were there!). Don't skip the dinuguan if you're ever to happen by. Binagoongan was a tad too salty for my taste though. Halo-halo was good; however, the shaved ice really really needs a little more refining. Over all, a good place to dine. And oh, there's little to no parking space which was a bummer. We had to park on the street at the time.
Fun fact: Their dinuguan is actually cooked by the owner's 82-y.o mom! Kaya pala masarap! Just a stone's throw away from Padre Pio Shrine in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
