Jollibee Padre Pio — Restaurant in Santo Tomas

Jolibee sto.tomas batangas has very poor service...does not e en deserve 1 star ....we placed order for 8 people today via their electronic ordering queue inside it, paid for it and was given a queue number that will indicate when our order will be prepared and served...been waiting for 30minutes for our order to be prepared and called..when our number is on top of the queue we noticed that the orders placed under the order preparation queue was being called before ours...i got mad and demand whats going on since we are waiting there before this other queue number ... and this store manager came out to pacify us..serve 4 orders of the 8 we placed and we keep waiting for the other 4 and was told that it was fully served when only 4 orders was given to us....i wonder how this stupid people get to work in jolibee where the public is...

Super long waiting time just because they forgot to write the number in the receipt so they don't prepare our meals. We waited for 40 minutes before approaching us to ask what our orders were. Even if I already asked twice already where's our food!

The cashier doesn't apologize properly. They didn't even ask for anything in exchange for the melted sundar and coke float until we demanded them to change it and we refused to accept it. They actually wanted us to accept that!!! Cold fries! Incomplete serving or our orders.

When we asked the waiter to wrap our food since we'll just take it out he didn't assist us, instead just gave us a take out box and bag.

This is not a 24 hrs establishment. Most of the time, they open at 6am and closes at 11pm. The service is also slow.

I thought they were 24hrs, so I went at around 5:30am. They were closed during that time, I waited until 6am and they were still closed.

When they opened, most of the menu has a waiting time of 5 to 15 mins.

They are also slow at serving, with some of the crew wandering...
