About 4hrs ride away from Bacolod City, who would have thought of a requested food just once thought can come to life. Very well done to FTSR's chef and crew. The secret menu came to life. The OG Kabsa. Make sure to request ahead of time for them to get it on the table the way you expect it to be. The mudcrabs were freshly picked from their crab pen, fresh seafood on the table (shrimps, fish, calamares, sinigang na isda using batwan-orig neto grabe), all were cooked perfectly. Delivery of food was quick, not stale at all. And of course, the ambiance you can't say enough of. Swing, flowing river, school of fish passing through, and when lucky -on high tides, you'll get your feet wet with fresh river water while eating.
A restaurant filled with so much love, challenges, and happy memories. On top of all the success, FTSR gives back to the community, with a low P20 entrance fee, you will be able to help the less fortunate kids with educational supplies. đ
Busog kana, nakakatulong ka pa. đ well worthy of the ride. Best seafood...
Read moreWe arrived at around 1pm and thankfully, everyoneâs almost done eating so we got to take lots of photos while waiting for our food. I expected it to be served after an hour (accdg to some reviews here) but Iâm glad our order arrived after 25 minutes. We tried their Seafood feast for 1099. The soup was delicious and their pork dinakdakan was surprisingly good as well. I wanted to try their shakes since it was too humid but their mango and avocado shake were the only ones available that time. Their furnitures and restroom arenât that fancy but the ambiance and food make this seafood restaurant worth a visit whenever you...
Read moreThe food was delicious, however, the two to three hour wait for the food wasnât as delicious. The restaurant was severely understaffed and although our waiter was friendly, the long wait made this dining experience not worth it. Our party wasnât even served plates or glasses (even though we had requested for them multiple times). We dined the traditional filipino way with our hands, however it was embarrassing when everyone else had access to spoons and forks. The restaurant at least had a good view? Hopefully future...
