This is the family's first time dining in this restaurant. We ordered 2 orders of Yang Chow fried rice, Beef Caldereta and Pork Tonkatsu. It was a nice experience having my family eating here together. In tasting the food, I still prefer the original Tokyo Tokyo in Pork Tonkatsu, you will be served with 2 big parts of pork but the taste is just ordinary fried pork. Moreover in the sauce, and the portion of veggies...too little of a serving. In caldereta, I even more prefer the Lydia's. It has little taste of caldereta sauce and cheese, it doesn't have a chili thing which I usually like to taste. In totality, I would say that Ishiaya's is right to the community close to it...but if you're after the palatibility of the food and your satisfaction then better find even better doning restos near your place. But the service is great enough. You are well assisted by the staff and crews.

So far so good and I hope I coud've tasted their japanese menus more. The lechon kawali was really tasty and good, the chicken was just okay also, hindi nakakasawa. I forgot and got lazy to take photo of the pork tonkatsu since it was served a little bit late when we are already eating, it was crispy and fine, but a bit overwhelming to taste buds specially with those sauce with mayo. The salmon soup was also great, but nothing unique, just the typical soup you can add to your order. The california maki was also good, but didnt surprised me since I already tasted those kind of food before. The place was just fine, the venue was an open area, they have a creative surroundings where you can take picture of and a fresh air to breathe, it's more of a reception-based venue to me or where you can accomodate big groups of people and hosts an event or occassions.

We visited this resto on a weekend of Oct 2025. It's shortly after lunch so the place is not too crowded. The food was amazing, a mixture of Japanese and Filipino dishes. I especially like the Tofu and their salad. But everything else in their menu is good. The service is quick and their staff accommodating to your needs. Like if you need water or if you're asking for the ingredients or taste of the different dishes. The atmosphere is calm, clean, organize, and inviting. Their restroom is outside by the garden. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resto if you're in Bicol.
