This is one of the weirdest restaurant in Tagbilaran. It fluctuates between a decent place to downright unbearable. My last 2 visits were so contrasting that it's hard to believe that it is the same restaurant. In my visit last may, the place smelled like lemoncito, it was clean and they served fresh, properly cooked meals. During my visit last September, the place was in a terrible state.
