GC Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Talibon

Definitely my go-to café in Talibon from now on! They use Arabica beans, and let me just say—their coffee is stronger than Starbucks. I usually need an extra espresso shot at Starbucks, but here? Not necessary. I ordered a hot cappuccino, and it was bold, smooth, and absolutely satisfying.

Coming all the way from Dagohoy, I can confidently say that the 40+ km drive is worth it for coffee this good. I’m excited to try more from their menu on my next visit.

They also have a nice selection of pastries—I had the S’mores cookie, and it was the perfect pairing. Its sweetness balanced the richness of the coffee beautifully.

While I didn’t see designated parking, the café is right by the wide main highway, so finding a spot nearby wasn’t a problem.

Great strong coffee, black with 2 shots, 8oz, tasty cakes, especially the banana and walnut. For a change for a filipino place, (but I now know one of the oweres is Norwegian) very nice low level jazz music playing not that load Boom Boom music coming out of most philippines places if they're playing music. Very polite friendly...

Nice spot to relax and enjoy a beverage and a pastry. I highly recommend the salted chocolate chip cookie. Super BOMB! Thank you Jordan....
