Very mixed thoughts. The physical place is gorgeous and the atmosphere is nice

The food is not staged for service properly. The starters should be served first separately, that's why they're called starters. Instead the starters came as well as partial courses ordered. The whole table was not served together, food was just delivered randomly instead of the food being timed to serve everyone their meal together and hot.

The Pasta was way overcooked and mushy with no taste. The poached Salmon was so smothered with sauce you could barely taste the salmon. Shrimp curry was good and baby back ribs were ok but again too much sauce that was too sweet. Ribeye steak that was ordered medium well was served raw in the middle and was sent back. It was re-served and the cook was better but it was way oversalted and for the price the meat was grainy Service was ok but served pitchers of drinks with no extra glasses so had to use the water glasses, dishes served without utensils, etc. They are new so hopefully things...

Friday 17th February. First impression on the approach to the restaurant ... WOW! And upon entering an even bigger WOW. Impressive. Two tables of 8 booked, guests arrived, orders taken. All good so far. Unfortunately, all downhill from this point. Ordered drinks, 20 minutes still not arrived. Starters are as the title implies ... eaten first, with the mains to follow, not served at the same time. Why go to the trouble of cooking food to temperature only to have it go cold in front of you while you are eating your appetizer/starter? Odd dishes turned up for four at the table, the other four were still waiting 30, 50 and 90 minutes later even after bringing this to the attention of the waiting staff. The other table was also experiencing similar problems. 90 minutes after arrival, two guests walked out. Not a pleasant experience. Would we return ? ... very unlikely and...

The best restaurant decor I saw since I am in the Philippines. Every detail is thought of from the tables, the chairs, the setting on the tables (the plates, the glasses, etc.). Two bémols however: the napkins are from paper and the table services are very ordinary), improving these by cloth napkins and more adequate table services would add to perfection. The ceilings are beautiful and other elements of decor are classy and carefully chosen (paintings, art objects). The service from the maître d'hôtel is very good, the waiters are attentive and sympathetic, a little slow however. The cuisine is of very high level both in presentation, composition and taste. An improvement could be brought to the beverages especially in terms of wines (have a wine list and serving by glass). So, muchas Gracias and Salud. Just little improvements for my...

If you're looking for a fancy and posh dining experience, look no further than Gracia's Restorante. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll be transported to a world of elegance and sophistication. The decor is sleek and modern, with soft lighting and tasteful art pieces adorning the walls. The service is impeccable, with attentive waitstaff who anticipate your every need. The menu is a carefully curated selection of the finest ingredients, expertly prepared by the talented chefs in the kitchen. All in all, Gracia's Restorante is a true gem of a restaurant. While it may come with a hefty price tag, the experience is worth every penny. If you're looking to impress a date, celebrate a special occasion, or simply treat yourself to an unforgettable meal, this is the place to go.
