About food: Crispy pork karekare - really good.(I recommend it). They told me that the serving is for sharing however when we receive it, it’s only good for single person. (I ordered two). Eggplant with relish: it was itchy on my lips. I don’t if it’s the eggplant or the bagoong they used. chicken inasal: not a fan. ( for me it’s still raw) Sizzling chicken with mushroom: actually it’s not sizzling but it’s ok food. Note: you can’t order single serving of fried rice, flavored rice like java rice but listed on their menu (at least minimum of 3 orders required) Time: takes time to serve we waited 20 minutes or more Parking: no designated parking for their guest. You need to find your own parking space. ( on the street). Electricity: when we ate there, no power and it’s super hot.( no generator). We’re eating while sweating Space: limited chairs and table (better to make reservations)

Diverse, delicious, and authentic local dishes. We ate the maliputo sinigang and the Milan’s native salad. Both were great, especially the milan salad. It’s refreshing to find a place like this that takes pride in Filipino cuisine. The dishes are creative and utilize the best of local ingredients. Much of the interior is decorated with native building materials and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It’s clearly a place where locals and visitors have enjoyed with their families for many years. The service was also friendly and professional.

Our group of 50+ people dined in the open air huts at the back. I had a good lunch of Liempo and Chopsuey. Also enjoyed their Leche Flan (Php 150.00). The owner was nice enough to share the restaurant's story of how it hosted several notable people like Jessica Soho and Noli de Castro and how it survived for more than 15 years without raising its prices and how it takes care of its 20+ employees.
