At first we were disappointed because they took 30 minutes to serve our dinner and then served our rice and another dish 5 minutes after. But then we discovered that they were struggling with an unexpected number of guests. Their staff is very polite and respectful and truly seemed freaked out when we started getting a bit angry. Since all our other meals here (we stayed overnight and had four meals here) we're served on time, we decided to give them a break.
The best thing for me was the Sauteed Garden Vegetables. All Filipino veggies. IT WAS SO GOOOOOOD! I had to ask the chef how to cook it at home! Chef Geni was kind enough to come out and give me his recipe and tips on cooking local veggies.
Apart from the Garden veggies I tried the Tuna Sandwich (3.5 stars), The Adobo rice (5 stars), fried Tilapia (4.5 Stars), Chicken adobo (4 stars), Breakfast Buffet (3.5 stars).
The only thing I didn't like was the Gelato. I got Chocolate and it was too sweet and it melted so fast.
One last thing - this resto has a view of the inner rim of Taal and the pool and it is AWESOME...
