Jollibee - Victory Mall Tanauan — Restaurant in Tanauan

No dedicated queue for senior citizens at this branch

As a senior citizen, I looked for a queue at Jollibee Victory Mall Tanauan on June 21, 2021, to order hot fudge from them. There was no such queue, so I called the attention of the branch supervisor (BS) and asked him about the senior citizens' dedicated queue.

Upon seeing that there was none, the BS had told me that "isisingit" (his exact word) na lang nya ako at ang order ko sa mahabang pila.

To which I replied that hindi puwedeng "isingit" mo ako, dahil by law, senior citizens are entitled to a dedicated queue.

Anyway, the BS had taken my order and he was kind enough to deliver me my hot fudge.

But prior to leaving the branch, I reiterated to the BS that hindi tama ang sagot na "isisingit" niya ang isang senior...

I order 2 bucket meal ( 1 spicy and 1 not spicy) . They gave 12pcs spicy and 4 pcs reg. And i also order 2 (8pcs) burger steak but they punch 1 (8pcs).
