Dining on your own floating hut (although tethered) is a very fun experience. Their food portions are generous and are reasonably priced. The tastes? They're okay. I'm not jumping but heir service is great. My favorites were the "Liempo" (grilled pork belly) and the Salpicao. Sorry guys but your Pancit Habhab can use some improvement. To the management: Please redo your menu card. It was nothing but a piece of laminated bond paper with the menu items literally written in black and small font. Not a single picture. As a reminder, people eat with their eyes first and therefore it can only be beneficial for everybody to make it visually appetizing. Tip to diners: If you order a fresh coconut you can have 'em hack it open for you after sipping the water so you can scrape the meat off of its shells. Make sure you take lots of photos. What they lack in other aspects they make up in the environment. Despite their imperfections I have no qualms of revisiting the place.

This place is so amazing. When you get there it is instantly engulfed in a wonderful scenery under the shade of a giant tree. Walking in you start seeing all the floating cabanas where you can sit and eat. Throughout the entire area is water with many different types of fish that make it seem like you are in the jungle. Then the food, it is really delicious and as you eat you can have a group come and sing to you making the atmosphere more pleasing. Each and every plate is bursting with flavor and it makes you enjoy every bite. I definitely recommend it for family diners or even just a date with a loved one.

The best restaurant in Tayabas, Quezon. You can never go wrong with any of their food. Try their specialty Sinugno. It's grilled tilapia then cooked in coconut milk with mustard leaves. They have 3 restaurants but my favorite is the Original Palaisdaan. The ambience is very local or native. You can choose to eat at their floating nipa huts over the fish pond or the indoor type. The serving time varies depends on your order. It may take quite long until 30 mins for the food to arrive. I highly recommend this place.

Still with on-going construction in some areas, food is good. My only issue is with the excessively loud noise coming from their kitchen exhaust, it's quite distracting and sort of ruins the relaxing vibe of the place.

Update: Had my daughter's 1st birthday party here last weekend, had one of the worst family gathering we ever had. We paid good money to have the venue set up for the event, instead they just repurposed the setup of a previous event (which was a wedding) and just changed the color of the table cloths. It looked awful. The food was served late which made the guest unnecessarily hungry and there were no adequate servers in the buffet area, some of the entrées ran out before everyone else got in line. Incomplete cutlery, no extra drinking glasses, the waiter (not WAITERS) we had for 100pax will get a glass for you FROM ANOTHER TABLE. The whole ordeal was inexcusable. And to top it all of, despite all our grievances, all they had to say was "pasensya na po". We chose this place because the food is good. Service? Let's just say we'll never hold another event at their place ever again. No issues when your just a...
