Bigby's Café & Restaurant — Restaurant in Valencia

This is an edit to the review below based on my nth visit.

I have to write this for your safety when ordering their salad. Make sure the lettuce is washed with vinegar water or washed properly. I actually ate a small caterpillar from their salad that made my throat itch a little. The other small caterpillar I saw crawling on one of the lettuce leaves. They did not charge me for the salad but. paid for all the other orders. Maybe next time they will do better. The staff are nice but maybe do better. on next visit. Good lighting, great food, large servings. Love the salad even if it is 365 pesos! High-end, friendly service. It is just the service water tasted like I should...

Just had my dinner, chosen a tender U.S steak in the menu and rare. Given a medium done, expected a good meal that i want but my just got dissapointed. Meat is watery, the meat is thin slice not i expected, the hot plate makes the meat cook. A steak should be serve in a breakable plate not in a hot plate especially when a customer can chose how will it cooked. It seems the meat was injected with hormones but not sure maybe its the way it is cooked. Anyway the ambiance is good, quick service. Hope the steak department will improve🙂

Nice ambiance, Great food at a great price! not friendly staff. As part of their 20 years with bigbys celebration they offer eat all you can buffer for only 450 pesos food such as fish kebob, back ribs, spaghetti, lasagna, mango crepe, vegetable salad and more.

We reserve 10 pax and the table given is only good for 6 we ask for extra table and viola they gave us extra chairs not a table haha maybe they are expecting more guest? and since its a buffet the arrangement is worst especially if you are seated in the middle.
