Jollibee — Restaurant in Virac

I am on my vacation in Virac Catanduanes, I decided to eat my dinner at Jolibee Virac with my friend Rusty around 6:30 pm . I ordered 2 piece Chickenjoy and spagetti for Rusty and 1 piece Cj for me and spagetti, in addition we ordered 2 bucket of 6pcs Cj, I was waiting near the counter for my dine in to served, looking at the monitor our waiting number disappeared on the screen so i decided to ask for my dine in order, the manager on duty ms. dominguez ask me if the counter crew advised me for 15 to 30 min. Waiting time, which i did not hear, but when she asked the staff she said she did, so i decided to wait further, our take out order was already served so for the 2nd time i asked for our dine in order, in reply the manager told the rice still not available, that was the time i decided to asked the manager to replace the rice with yumburger i will just add the amount of difference, what she did, she gave me 2 orders of 1 pc chickenjoy with spagetti and refunded me the difference, i told her where is the yumburger, they get 27 pesos to me and gave me only 1 burger, i told her what about the other 1, the manager ms. Dominguez does not seem to understand my point, that was the time i decided to cancel our dine in order and asked her to just refund all the amount i gave her, even after that the rice still not coming, there were also customers with the same issues like mine, what is i hated more is she never said sorry for the worst experienced i had...

Music is too loud. Service is very slow compared to other fast food chain. Kiosk is not working most of the time. I got to place my order at the kiosk thrice but payment has to be made at the counter. Please make payments available at your kiosk terminal next time, it's more convenient and efficient. i just have a little comment to point regarding the chicken. Its big but its like a back rib of the chicken i had when we take dine as family. And, gravy was not like same taste in manila..hehe..but its alright.
