Went there with two friends. Ordered 3 items for dine-in and tuna pie trio for parcel. I was told before paying that it takes 10 min. to prepare for the tuna pie which is perfectly fine as we are still going to eat those 3 items we ordered. We're done eating and the server cleared the plates yet the tuna pie was not served still. I asked the server to check the status of the said item (I did not bother to check with the cashier as they seemed busy with other takeaways and drivethru customers). They seemed to have lost the KOT because the server came and asked if I ordered for a spicy one which I did. All this time I was standing close to the entrance door waiting for the item, and 2 managers on duty were just standing in the corner using a mobile phone not minding with what is going on. Again the server passed by doing something else, and when I asked him there was no clear response. I don't think this is part of Jollibee's SOP to just let the guest wait for such a long period of time without proper explanation. I'm not blaming the server, but the managers on duty are so careless with the operation, maybe because there were only 6-7 customers at that time. Your service could be better, implement more trainings for your crew so they will know what customer service and customer's satisfaction is.

Needs improvement with:

Cashiers , they must wear a smile even if they're not in the mood, you don't make the customer feel intimidated in placing an order.

You never show any arguments with colleagues while customers are watching.

Service Crews, they must extend their patience.

It is your job to satisfy the customer not to let them feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

Tips:

Make sure make the customer smile and satisfied after providing assistance.

It really feels good helping others, just make sure you love your job or else you will just destroy the company's reputation.
