I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, who seemed to be an easy going guy to talk to. From our short conversation, you can feel the passion in his voice on how much he loves his business, and how he aims to delivery only the finest quality to his customers. It's quite rare to come across places like these so I definitely consider myself lucky to have run across this place in the brief time I spent in Ipil.
