Restauracja McDonald's — Restaurant in Gdansk

On 11.12.22 the restaurant failed to prepare my order (1 breakfast wrap) in 30 minutes, therefore I wasn't able to pick it up as I had to catch my flight. And yes, it was a bit overcrowded at that time (morning hours), but half of an hour should be enough for a fast food outlet to prepare a simple meal - if that's not the case, it'd be wise to warn your guests about the waiting times. My dissatisfaction is based on the sole fact, that I paid for something I wasn't able to receive and wasted my money - as there was no way to cancel the order. The waiting time is understandable in such cramped conditions, but there should be a way to get a refund nevertheless. Maybe some kind of warning (eg. a prompt on the self-order kiosk) about the...

Okay sooo it’s McDonald’s — you already know the deal. Fries, nuggets, Big Mac. Safe, reliable, and tastes the same in every country (bless). But airport McDonald’s? That hits different when you’re tired, hungry, and emotionally unstable after security 😩

Prices are kinda wild (like why does a wrap cost more than my flight??), but it’s still cheaper than the €18 sad airport salad next door.

The real MVPs here: a warm chicken wrap that somehow feels like actual food, and a latte that brings you back to life when your soul is 20% battery. Literal travel survival kit. 🛫☕🌯

Not glamorous, not fancy, but always there for you — like the comfort food version of a hug. 10/10 would emotionally snack again...

Before morning flight I’ve ordered a coffee & toast with ham und unfortunately I was not able to take it of from package because it was completely wet and stick to this bag. I asked for a new one and I heard it’s ok.. ok dear member staff you can eat your food with paper/plastic bag if you like.. After explaining, they promised to make a new one in 2 min but after 10 min they just say sorry we forgot. End of story is I get a toast with bacon instead of ham after 25 min form my orginal order... please teach your desk staff how to talk with customers in polish or English because this Elias...
