On 11.12.22 the restaurant failed to prepare my order (1 breakfast wrap) in 30 minutes, therefore I wasn't able to pick it up as I had to catch my flight. And yes, it was a bit overcrowded at that time (morning hours), but half of an hour should be enough for a fast food outlet to prepare a simple meal - if that's not the case, it'd be wise to warn your guests about the waiting times. My dissatisfaction is based on the sole fact, that I paid for something I wasn't able to receive and wasted my money - as there was no way to cancel the order. Prices are kinda wild (like why does a wrap cost more than my flight??), but it’s still cheaper than the €18 sad airport salad next door.
