Terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a good nights sleep. We arrived on a Saturday night after a long drive. We received a booking receipt at 20:30pm with all the details, a few minutes after filling in the request and all was well. It stated, that it was non-refundable. At 20:51 we received a message from the hotel that there will be a party in the nightclub in the hotel (did not state any information about this in the listing), that it will be loud and in the rooms throughout the hotel you will be able to hear it. It was really loud. We called the manager who told us that we were informed of the situation beforehand. So we told him that we were not and that it was non-refundable but he refused to listen to reason. We told him we would write this all in the review and he said it’s our right but he doesn’t care. We had a major family reunion at this hotel in July 2025. Hundreds if not thousands of euro has been spent there only to be left with bites all over my husbands body from BED BUGS!!! I tried to notify the hotel that they have a bed bug problem but there has been no response as of yet. Also, there is not even a little fridge and no air conditioning so if traveling in summer prepare to be hot and you have to pay for every single cold drink because you can’t keep anything cool in your room. When we were leaving the hotel after three nights I pulled the sheets of the bed to help out the cleaning staff and that’s when I discovered that the bed was crawling with BED BUGS and few days later my husband developed some nasty bites all over. Pobyt w Chacie Staropolskiej w Mszanie to dla mnie ogromne rozczarowanie i naprawdę żal mi, że nasza pierwsza rocznica zaręczyn została w ten sposób zmarnowana. Zamiast pięknych wspomnień – mamy poczucie źle wydanych pieniędzy i ogromnego zawodu.
Na plus: lokalizacja bardzo ładna, a jedzenie całkiem smaczne, choć śniadanie to absolutne minimum – w innych hotelach wygląda to zupełnie inaczej. Jedyne, co naprawdę uratowało ten pobyt, to przemiły kelner z tatuażami – niesamowicie kulturalny, uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Niestety… to tyle z plusów.
Pokój – apartament za 551 zł ze śniadaniem – w żadnym wypadku nie był wart tej kwoty. Łóżko wyglądało efektownie, ale było tak miękkie, że spanie na nim to koszmar. Łazienka – dramat: wanna przecieka, prysznic praktycznie nie działa, trzeba czekać wieczność na ciepłą wodę, armatura w fatalnym stanie, szafki zniszczone, odpryski wszędzie. Do tego żadnych normalnych kosmetyków, tylko mydło w płynie i jakiś podejrzany żel pod prysznic. W apartamencie za takie pieniądze? To naprawdę kpina.
Najgorsze jednak było to, że całą noc trwała impreza – krzyki w pokojach obok i pod hotelem. Zero reakcji ze strony obsługi. O 22 chcieliśmy się położyć, a zamiast spokoju była głośna zabawa do rana. Łącznie spaliśmy może 4 godziny. Zamiast romantycznego, wyjątkowego wieczoru dostaliśmy hałas...
