Well, to he honest I do not what I should say, because after the soup, I decided to do not continue my experience after it, and I asked for refund my money as this is like a instant soup , and guess what happened next, (such a good customer service) when I asked for refund she gave me my 111zl ( PLN - Polish currency) … no receipt of course from the beginning, when I said abut the law - I do not have receipt, but by low - as far I know isn’t necessary as far I’ve got transaction confirmation, the young lady - gave my the 110 PLN - but the coin - she threw it at me on my back !!! It is unavailable to be honest, on the end of the story the lady said - ( look at you at the mirror). Then I said excuse me ? You are talking about me ? Because I revived food in your restaurant, (it was daughter of the over)

what I can say just 👏👏👏 I will give you just an advise - true virtue is not afraid...

It was our second time here and we experienced one of the poorest service ever in Poland. In every menu is written that you can have all the baked potatoes you want (you just have to ask), as they are included in every meal. But at our first request, the guy told us that it was not possible as they didn’t have much left. When we mentioned that one year ago happened exactly the same situation (which is true….), the guy gave us an additional potato and told us “don’t come back ever again”…. Unacceptable customer service especially after advertising in every menu that you can get all the baked potatoes you want. It is really a pity because the place is really nice and the food is very tasty and affordable, but as a customer I can’t tolerate to be...

Place is really nice, huge potential, amazing location - just by the river, food very tasty. There is one big thing that changes the whole experience if the place. The lady (I guess the owner) is extremaly rude. Ordered food for the entire family and asked for extra piece of bread. I was asked what I want to eat it with as my order doesn’t give me right to a slice of bread. I ordered soup and salad, so I guess bread should be served. I have been there 3 times, every time hoped that this time will be different. Unfortunately not! Small things would make this place way better- foe example no soap by the sink...
