Love this place, went almost once a week for 9 months. The staff is way friendly and the prices are amazing as well as the drinks. I've had almost everything on the menu multiple times and it tastes great most of the time.

Sometimes when they are extremely busy food quality will drop on the steaks. They also only have 3 cook temps for steak, rare, medium, and well done, nothing in-between. Chocolate cake is not good, too dry, I recommend not getting it. And the other desert is also a bit lacking. If they fixed this I would give 5 stars. Boiled potatoes are amazing and the Zurek soup is also one of the best menu items. Perogies are so so overall but still tasty.

Also for the Americans, be aware they cook everything to order and it takes time, much more time than is typical of American restaurants. There is an expectation that you are there to enjoy your time and food so don't expect thing to go fast. They also don't fix orders, it is rare they mess up but they don't recook things if you...

This is a must visit restaurant when you are in Powidz. The atmosphere is open and inviting along with the pleasant staff. There is a large selection on the menu to cover all tastes and the prices are very reasonable. Early afternoons during the tourist months seats can fill up quickly. There is seating inside and out. Bring long pants and a jacket in case it's a cooler day and you sit outside. The wind from the lake is refreshing and cool. Kultowe miejsce na mapie Powidza jednakże dziś coś nie zagrało... Zacznijmy od początku - Panie kelnerki, a w sumie to bardziej podawaczki... Podchodząc do baru po menu widzę 3 kelnerki, jedna rozmawiająca przez telefon, jedna rozmawiająca z kumpelką przy barze no i ostatnia, która udawała, że mnie nie widzi. Czułam, że przeszkadzam im w prywatnych sprawach, co chyba nie do końca powinno tak wyglądać. Może warto byłoby rozważyć postawienie chociaż jednego kelnera przy wejściu od plaży żeby nie było potrzeby biegania po menu skoro kelnerzy/hości są od tego aby sadzać gości i podawać im menu. Nie wspomnę o tym, że Panie kelnerki chyba pomyliły wybieg z salą restauracyjną, ale już nie czepiam się ich tempa ani tego, że we dwie przyniosły koszyk ze sztućcami tylko po to, żeby jedna drugiej mogła poplotkować do ucha. Kontynuując - zamówiłam dwa identyczne dania jednakże nie wiadomo dlaczego dostałyśmy najpierw jedno, a dopiero po ok. 15min drugie - niestety słowa przepraszam lub innej miłej rekompensaty nie usłyszałam. Po trzecie i chyba najważniejsze - jedzenie. Ryba sucha i niedoprawiona, jedyne co było dobre to frytki i surówki, ale no chyba to trudno spartolić. Nie miałam komu nawet zgłosić swoich uwag, bo nikt nie zapytał czy dobre i czy smakuje, a to chyba powinien być standard. Jedno danie miało cytrynę, ale nie wiem w jaki sposób można ją wycisnąć skoro przychodzi w formie plastra, a nie cząstki (i ja rozumiem, że cytryna droga, ale bez przesady), a opóźniona porcja w ogóle tej cytryny nie miała i chociaż poprosiłam, to Panie kelnerki chyba miały zbyt duży ruch przy 4 stolikach na krzyż (dosłownie). i nie ogarnęły tematu.
