Hotel "Picaro Żarska Wieś Północ A4 kierunek Niemcy" is not worth any stars! This July, while travelling and staying in this hotel for one night, I accidentally left my jeans with the wallet in the hotel's room. During the same morning when I was on the road, I remembered about the forgotten wallet and called to hotel's administrator. I asked about the jeans and the wallet, and guess what answer I got. The jeans were there, but the wallet was not! I would like to warn you that if you accidentally left something valuable in this hotel, you would not receive it back! What kind of staff works there?! Robert [-], the director of the hotel, claims that his employees are really good, well trained and etc. I would like to ask the director if the act of taking a wallet and rude communication of some of the staff members with the customer (specifically the maid who cleaned the room) is normal. It is not worth to stay in a hotel where unfair, deceptive people work. The only language the hotel's administrator is familiar with is Polish (that was problematic, because we had to find someone who could be our translator for our incident). Read moreWe stayed at this hotel on the night of the 22nd May this year. Only went in after being told that they definitely had internet as we needed to complete an important piece of work. After already changing into our pyjamas and having problems connecting to the net were told there was a problem. My husband was hoping to at least get a free breakfast. A breakfast was not promised but apparently the hotel director promised a 10% discount. Receiving this promise my husband continued with his piece of work thinking that he will get it in the morning, when it was refused and no other form of compensation or apology offered I decided to write this! ||We have stayed in many places where if there is a problem with anything that a hotel offered, some form of compensation would be forthcoming.
